"The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prevents Congress from making any law respecting an establishment of religion, prohibiting the free exercise of religion, or abridging the freedom of speech,....... "
I disagree that a person has to speak the local language when they are present in the place. Everyone has the right to speak in whatever language they would like to speak, and it represents ones' culture and nationality. It is disrespectful to ask someone to speak English, for example, when they are in the United States. Besides, the white people were not the original ones who own the land, they stole it from the Indigenous people, which they should learn the native language and speak the tongue if we're applying the same logic on them. Or they can simply GTFO that country because racism should not be tolerated.
